You often wonder what your grandchildren really think about you. You know they love you, but, what do they think? What memory lingers with them? Max's mom told me the other day about how Max was emptying his overnight bag after having a sleep over at my house. Max said "Mom, my clothes still smell like Meme's house". She asked, "Is that a good or bad thing"? He said, "It's Good"..... I smiled. Little things make you happy. At lease he did not say they smelled like an old grandma...:-P
The picture was made at The Children's Museum....I don't have cages in my house....

What a sweet child. It's funny what they remember.
All I remember about my dad's mom was her basement had a laundry chute. ??? Why I remember that, I don't know!
I think grandparents have it made; you aren't the one who has to train and punish and you are always so happy to have them around that their memories have to be good.
I loved my grandparents unconditionally and hope my grandchildren feel that way about me.
You sure have helped them build wonderful memories.
It's true you never know what a child might say but he liked the smell of your place and I think that is so sweet. I enjoyed looking at the birthday pictures of your boys, too. I have my grandson this weekend and I am so looking forward to it.
Thanks for stopping by my little blog. I wrote that review with some trepidation knowing how popular the novel was. I now feel compelled to read the book! :)
btw I do have a second nature/hobby blog which is always positive. Stop by sometime.

I can only hope that my grands enjoy me as much as yours enjoy you.
